Seven days until you die! Okay, this isn’t the Reaper’s Game, but Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance] will be coming out in just a few days! Hopefully many of you have started noticing the commercials airing on television for the game. People are reporting to have seen one air on Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, and USA Network. We do not have a recording now, but we’ll post one when we find it!
Have you seen it? Come talk about it down on the forums!
Thanks to megatron532, Twilightheaven, and rac7d for the heads up!
Sucks that I don’t have CN anymore.
The clock is still ticking for North America; only 11 more days until Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance] is released. Though if you happen to live in or near New York City, you just may be able to get your hands on the game a couple days early! Square Enix is having an official launch event for Kingdom Hearts 3D at the Nintendo World Store in New York, NY (10 Rockefeller Plaza New York, NY 10020) on July 28, 2012! This event will be running from 9:00am until 1:00pm and will have copies of the Mark of Mastery and the standard editions of the game available for purchase three days early, as well as a special gift!
There will also be 3DS systems loaded with the game for playing and aKingdom Hearts themed photo booth for keeping memories of the event! The event just wouldn’t be complete without something relating back to the series’ 10th Anniversary, so to top it all off, there is a corner where fans can write their own personal messages to the development team for the games in Japan!
Planning to be at this event and get your hands on the game early? Even if you aren’t, come stop by our forums and tell us your reaction to the event!

About how long would you say it’d be alright to stop labeling KH3D spoilers as spoilers? We usually do it for about 3 months following the final release of the game on the forums and I was planning on following that schedule here on tumblr.
What’s your opinion on this?
I’m gonna follow their lead, so what’s your opinion as to how long a spoilers stays a spoiler?
If you remember back to E3 last month, Nintendo announced at their 3DS Software Showcase that numerous games (including Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance]) would be available on the Nintendo eShop for digital download the days of their respective releases. Thanks to a little research from gaming website Joystiq, they have found out that as of now only first-party titles will be available for download. This means that your only means of obtainingKingdom Hearts 3D are through purchasing a physical copy.
This is a huge disappointment to some fans who were looking forward to getting a digital copy of the game. Do you have to change your plans to play the next entry in the series? Come tell us on our forums!

OH MY GOD. This needs to be true. I will preorder it right this moment. The KH series has my favorite music ever. To play through those tracks would be DIVINE.
